Guilly established ICCP Venture Partners in 1997. He is the founder of the ICCP Group of Companies, a mid-sized conglomerate in the Philippines with interests in financial services and property development and management. He is an experienced private investor with extensive investment experience in a number of sectors. He provides considerable experience, networks, and insights throughout the Firm’s investment process and helps portfolio companies with connectivity and access to leading companies in Southeast Asia.
Guilly currently holds director positions on the boards of several publicly-listed companies in the Philippines: Globe Telecom – the second largest telecom operator in the Philippines; Ionics – a leading electronics manufacturing service provider; Phinma Corporation – a conglomerate engaged in manufacturing, energy, consulting, education and realty; Trans-Asia Oil and Energy Development Corporation- a power generation and supply company; and Roxas & Company Inc. - a holding company with interests in sugar, milling and property development. He is also on the boards of a number of privately held companies. Guilly is very active in a number of bi-lateral business organizations in Southeast Asia. He is the Philippine Chairman of the Philippine Singapore Business Council and is also a member of the Executive Committees of the Philippines- United States Business Council and the Philippine-British Business Council.
Guilly holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University in the Philippines.
